Ryan Skidmore our March Guest Demo Artist

As you plan your week, you will want to be sure to include our March 12th Palette Club meeting!

We are thrilled to have artist, Ryan Skidmore, as our demo artist in just a few days at our Tuesday, March 12th meeting!  Here is an excerpt from his biography on his web site:

" A passion for wild creatures and the places they inhabit is reflected in the paintings of Ryan Skidmore. Whether it is wildlife, sporting scenes or pure landscape, Ryan tries to create a connection between himself, the viewer, and the things he loves. Using a painterly style, he concentrates more on the effects of light and the essence of a scene than superfluous detail."

You can view more of Ryan's stunning works at his web site here:

Prior to Ryan's demo we shall have our critique at 6:15.  You are welcome to bring one painting that you wish to have members' comment on.  It's great to get opinions from your fellow artists - especially if you would like assistance or help tweaking a painting in progress...

Special Thanks, goes to Darlene Hamblin for all her care and work that she put into the show to make it a success. Thanks to Doug Wride for taking the time to judge the show.  Hope you all get a chance to view his beautiful painting and read his wonderful statement.
